This cost-effective solution integrates an EVCC and BMS Simulator, allowing for accurate testing and simulation without requiring a physical EV. It is ideal for testing communication protocols during charger development, maintenance, and product inspection.
Additionally, GRIDWIZ CCS TESTER features a built-in touch display, enabling easy configuration and real-time monitoring of charging sequences and communication status. This intuitive interface enhances usability and ensures precise control throughout the testing process.
The user can check the following data in each charging sequence:
- PWM signaling based on IEC 61851 (CP duty, CP voltage)
- SLAC sequence for PLC association of HomePlug Green PHY standard
- HLC (High Level Communication) of charging protocol for data communications
